How does a Coaching session/process work?
A session generally lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
We can do the session in face-to-face (Majorca, Majorca) or on distance.
First, we explore your goals and set a specific, measurable, motivating and time-bound goal. Then we look at blockages, resources, options, and commitment to the goal.
Sometimes all it takes is one session to guide you and positively energize you towards your deepest aspirations. However, most often we appreciate process of a few sessions (between 3 and 10) during which I will accompany you, support you, guide you on your way to your goal. Depending on the objective and what you want to achieve, each session can be spaced between one and three weeks apart.
Our agreement
One of the most important points of coaching is commitment to the process.
As we mentioned before, it's all within you.I am committed to you to give you the tools you need. But I am only a facilitator of your own successes, which you will achieve with your own values and resources, by committing to your goals.
